Lissi Riedel is a seasoned construction and business development leader with over 20 years of experience across government, education, healthcare, aviation, and commercial sectors. She currently serves as Central States Area Manager at Vanir, guiding teams across multiple states and driving strategic growth.

 

Vice-President
Matthew Campbell is a seasoned construction and program management professional with more than 24 years of experience delivering complex capital projects. He currently serves as a Project Director at STV, leading teams in providing efficient, high‑quality solutions across major construction programs.

 

Programs Committee - Chair

Rufo Reyes Jr. is a seasoned construction and program management leader with more than 25 years of experience across K‑12, higher education, justice, essential services, and long‑range facilities planning. He serves as a Senior Project Director at Vanir. Rufo directs the PMCM team for the Austin ISD 2022 Bond Program and has an extensive track record delivering award‑winning projects across Central Texas, including major facility master plans, county programs, and public safety facilities.

Carlos A.Mederes is a trusted project and program manager with deep expertise in project controls, construction management, and large-scale infrastructure delivery. With experience spanning multiple regions—including Austin, San Antonio, Dallas–Fort Worth, and even Pearl Harbor—Carlos brings a broad operational perspective to each assignment.

Jocelyn Sandoval is a construction industry professional currently working with Lott Brothers Construction Company in Austin, Texas. She contributes to project delivery and organizational support within the firm, bringing a strong foundational background in her field.

Mehdi Maadir is a construction and aviation project management professional currently serving as a Client Services Manager and Aviation Project Leader, where he supports major infrastructure initiatives and industry partnerships.
